Payment and Postage Terms and Conditions
 
All deliveries weighing over 3kg or that cost over £30 going out to England, Wales and lower Scotland are despatched within 2 working days using a 48 hour carrier (DHL or HDNL), your item must be paid for before 2.30pm to receive this service.  Although we dispatch the goods on a 48 hour service it is not always guaranteed.
Deliveries to THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES ALL BT & ZE POSTCODES including SHETLANDS, IV2-IV40, IV52-IV54 IV63, KW1-KW14 including ORKNEY ISLANDS, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40, PH50, ALL WESTERN ISLES, IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56(SKYE), KA27 & KA28, KW15-KW17, PA41-PA78, PH41-PH44 ISLES OF SCILLY and ISLE OF MAN, will have an extra charge, please contact us for details as it varies depending on the product purchased. These extra charges are what our carrier charges, not us.
Any delivery weighing under 3kg or doesn't cost over £30 will be sent out via royal mail, 1st class post or standard parcels to anywhere with a postcode at no extra cost.
We do ship abroad and this includes Guernsey and Jersey but please email us before purchasing to give you an exact cost as it varies massively depending on product/destination
Signing for the delivery:
All goods need to be signed for, so please supply us with an address where somebody will be in to sign for the goods.  Our carriers will not usually leave the goods without a signature (apart from Royal Mail deliveries).
If there is nobody there to sign for the goods:
Our carrier attempt to deliver to your delivery address twice, and will put an attempted delivery card through your letter box if nobody is there to sign for the goods.  If you are carded twice goods will then be sent back to our carrier’s local depot. 

The delivery address:
We ship all our goods to the PayPal address, but we can change the address on your instruction at the time of order.
